Wiggins Couplings

Adel Wiggins flexible tube connectors are an ideal assembly for joining aluminum and stainless steel water, fuel, turbo and intercooler lines. This flexible connection is quick to assemble & disassemble, compact and a high tech alternative to conventional hose & hose clamps. Developed for the aircraft/aerospace industry these couplings will meet the most demanding applications. These couplings can withstand pressures up to 125 psi and temperatures up to 450° F.

Note: Wiggins couplings are not suitable for exhaust applications.

Our 6061 aluminum ferrules are specifically designed for use with standard .065 wall tubing and feature an .065 weld stub for added strength and ease of fabrication. In addition we can offer a female register for the tube to locate into as opposed to the standard butt weld joint. Specify style at time of ordering. 304 Stainless steel ferrules are also available in most sizes. Weld ferrules are compatible with Hydraflow clamps. Reid Washbon Racing Exhausts stocks high temperature, fuel and oil resistant Viton O-ring in all sizes…other O-ring materials available upon request.
